Is ZentroCloudOffice available now?

Yes. It is available through guided onboarding so we can confirm users, applications, licensing, storage, and performance requirements before deployment.

Can multiple people work at the same time?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise are designed for multi-user firms. Capacity and concurrent-session expectations are reviewed during onboarding.

Can we install our own Windows applications?

You may request customer-provided, properly licensed Windows applications. Each application is subject to publisher authorization, technical compatibility, and security review. Software licenses are not included unless the plan or executed order says otherwise.

Are extra D: or F: drives included?

No extra data drive is included by default. Optional data disks and dedicated storage are added only when purchased and provisioned.

Is Microsoft 365 included?

Each active Cloud Office seat includes one Microsoft 365 Business Premium license, subject to the final order, Microsoft eligibility, and successful tenant provisioning.

Can staff connect from a Mac or tablet?

Azure Virtual Desktop supports access from several device types through supported clients and browsers. Application behavior and peripherals can vary and are reviewed during onboarding.

Will every customer receive a dedicated environment?

Enterprise includes a dedicated customer host pool. Starter and Professional use plan-specific managed capacity while retaining customer access boundaries.
