Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Secure your account with TOTP-based two-factor authentication for all team members.

Navigate to Security Settings
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can enable 2FA for your own account or enforce it firm-wide for all team members.

Scan the QR Code
Open an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password). Scan the QR code displayed on screen. The app generates a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.

Enter the Verification Code
Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the verification field. Click 'Verify' to confirm. ZentroBiz validates the code and activates 2FA.

Save Backup Codes
Download or print the 10 backup codes provided. Store them securely. Each code can be used once if you lose access to your authenticator app.
