Migrating to ZentroBiz from Another Platform

Supported Source Platforms
ZentroBiz provides migration guidance for Karbon, Canopy, Jetpack Workflow, Financial Cents, Mango Practice Management, and Senta. Each guide lives at /migrate-from/<slug>. Firms coming from other tools can still migrate — the team will put together a custom plan during discovery.

What Can Be Imported
Typical imports include client and contact records (via CSV), organizations and entity records, task and workflow templates (mapped manually), notes and historical activity (where the source supports export), document files (uploaded in bulk), and user and team records (recreated inside ZentroBiz). Exact coverage depends on the export options provided by your source system.

The Migration Process
Six steps: discovery call, export from source system, mapping and review, guided import, workflow rebuild, and go-live with handoff. You stay in control of your data at every step and confirm the mapping before any import runs.

Onboarding Support
Every migration includes a named onboarding specialist, a prebuilt workflow template library, and live plus recorded training for staff. You do not do this alone.

How to Get Started
Open the hub at /migrate, pick your source platform, and click Request Migration Help. The contact form goes straight to the onboarding team and you will hear back within one business day.
