How to Set Up Amazon SNS in ZentroBiz

   Navigate to Messaging Settings

   Go to Settings > Communication > SMS Provider. You will see the list of supported providers: Twilio, Telnyx, and Amazon SNS.

   Select Amazon SNS

   Click on 'Amazon SNS' from the provider list. The configuration panel will expand, showing the required fields for your AWS credentials.

   Enter Your Credentials

   Enter your AWS credentials in the fields provided. Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely. ZentroBiz never shares your credentials with third parties.

4. 04

   Send a Test Message

   Click 'Send Test SMS' to verify the connection. Enter a phone number and a test message. If the message is delivered successfully, your setup is complete.

5. 05

   Set as Default Provider

   Toggle 'Set as Default' to make Amazon SNS your primary SMS provider. All outgoing messages — reminders, notifications, and alerts — will now route through Amazon SNS.
