Creating Email Marketing Campaigns
Build and send email campaigns to your client base using the built-in marketing automation tools.

Create a Campaign
Open Marketing > Campaigns and click '+ New Campaign'. Choose a template or start from scratch. Use the drag-and-drop email builder to design your message.

Segment Your Audience
Click 'Select Audience' and build a segment. Filter by service type, client status, location, or tags. Example: 'All active 1040 clients in California'.

Use AI Copy Generation
Click the AI icon in the editor to generate subject lines and body copy. Describe your goal (e.g., 'Remind clients about extension deadlines') and the AI drafts professional copy.

Schedule and Send
Preview on desktop and mobile. Choose 'Send Now' or schedule for a future date and time. After sending, track opens, clicks, and unsubscribes in the campaign dashboard.
